with Alice Hönigschmid
In this yoga retreat, we turn our attention to the “invisible”, especially to the energy that flows through us and through everything around us.
Feel the Energy | Part 1 | Detailed Program
For greater clarity and renewed vitality – or perhaps a new direction?
In this part, we explore the various energetic dimensions of the subtle body and use yoga practices to consciously work with life energy (prana). Through gentle and strengthening asana practice, pranayama, guided meditation and clear alignment, we travel energetically through the body, release energy and ultimately transform it.
