Conscious breathing & walking in nature
Imagine this: You walk through the nature around the Zirmerhof and with every step you take you feel more lightness. Energy returns. Your head becomes clear. You feel connected.
This is Breathwalk®. This special method combines rhythmic walking with conscious breathing, gentle movements and meditative awareness. Breath and steps find a common rhythm. The mind becomes still - almost by itself.

At the Zirmerhof, this guided walk is led by Sandra and is a revitalising experience of nature: clear mountain air, wide skies, quiet paths and your own breath as a compass.
Breathwalk® is suitable for everyone - regardless of age or fitness level. All you need: comfortable shoes, comfortable clothes and the willingness to really breathe. We meet in the inner courtyard.

About me
I have been a co-organiser at Zirmerhof since 2008. At the same time, I am moved by what brings us back into awareness.
In recent years, I have trained as a BreathWalk trainer, Kundalini Yoga teacher (240 hours), aroma consultant specialising in scent coaching and scent communication and as a Life Trust Coach. What they all have in common is re-awareness.
With Breathwalk, I want to inspire awareness. As an invitation to consciously feel yourself, nature and your own breath again and thus experience the good, the true and the beautiful.
