About Alice Hönigschmid
Alice is a yoga teacher from Munich and South Tyrol with heart and soul. She is a certified Jivamukti Yoga teacher (800 hrs with Patrick Broome, Munich) and completed her Yoga Philosophy training (300 hrs) with R. Sriram (Munich). After many years of teaching, she has passionately been training yoga teachers (Yoga Alliance certified) for the past five years and has specialised in in-depth seminars.
Her holistic, creatively flowing Hatha Vinyasa yoga style integrates breath awareness and breath guidance, guided and silent meditations, as well as the fascinating and practical philosophy of yoga for everyday life. Through focused energy work and supportive assists, her classes invite participants to experience the body in new ways, think “out of the box” and immerse themselves in a holistic dimension. Everything is connected ;-)
