Warm Chocolate Pudding

My own recipe


100 g butter | 6 eggs, separated | 100 g sugar | 100 g almonds, grated and not peeled | 100 g chocolate, grated | 3 rolls without the crust, soaked in milk | Butter for the tin


Beat the butter until fluffy. Add the egg yolk and sugar and continue to beat.

Squeeze out out the rolls and add with the almonds and chocolate; then add the beaten egg whites.

Pour into a well-greased pudding basin, seal tightly and cook for about 45 minutes in a bain-marie.
